Leavenworth (3) — Dinner and the street
November 27th, 2008 Phanix逛完了河賓公園之後時間尚早，所以就跑去附近的 Leavenworth Salmon Hatchery 看看，但 Wenatchee River 的鮭魚迴游季節已經結束了，所以看不到鮭魚在跳魚梯(fish ladder)，所以只能在外頭隨便拍張照片。
不過倒也知道了鮭魚復育並不如想像中的淒美浪漫。事實上當大群的鮭魚逆流回到上游，人類是稍微把河川阻擋起來，誘使鮭魚跳魚梯進入 Hatchery 中，但是並不是回到 Hatchery 之後，鮭魚們就很幸福快樂地在這邊生下下一代，然後淒美地死去。
