January 19th, 2009 Phanix要什麼時候才能達到可以開店的程度？覺得現在缺乏的是穩定地讓奶泡流入杯中的控制，所以形狀變得很不穩定，有時候大有時候小，然後間距也忽大忽小的… 另一個就是奶泡跟牛奶的比例控制的還不是很好… stO

- 造成虧損的原因之一是提列了 USD $25.2 billion 的呆帳，使得這一段期間以來（近一年）所提列的總呆帳金額達到 USD $90 billion。(… a staggering $25.2 billion in write-offs and losses in both its consumer and investment bank for the latest period brought its total charges to $90 billion. …)
- 花旗集團財務長表示將計畫開始裁員，並在 2010 年初達到裁員的最高峰。同時抵押貸款的虧損已經快跟 1990 年代初期相近，置於信用卡造成的虧損則早就超過當時的情況。(Gary L. Crittenden, Citigroup’s chief financial officer, said the bank was projecting job losses to peak in early 2010 and would probably have to add set aside money to cover losses all year. January 15th, 2009 Phanix該還的還是要還。今天 Dow Jones 下跌約 3%，S&P 500 和 Nasdaq 則比 Dow Jones 跌得更凶，主要的原因是美國零售業業績下跌得比預期來得多，很多新聞都提到了 “Retail sales plunge more than expected”
