[dinning] PALAIS de CHINE

那天一群人去吃了君品的頤宮中餐廳，一整個金碧輝煌，食物的部分還好，可能是才剛開的關係(?)，個人比較不喜歡的是瘦肉的部分煮得有點乾。

酒的部分都不錯，但是跟餐搭得不好，不過是大家自己帶的酒，也沒先看過菜單，就當作喝開心的好了。

Summerhouse Chardonnay 2005, Ogier Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2005

紐西蘭的 Chardonnay，印象中以前沒喝過幾次來自紐西蘭的 Chardonnay (搞不好這是第一次？)，以前如果說到紐西蘭，我大概都只會想到Sauvignon Blanc 跟 Pinot Noir。這款Chardonnay很新世界，木桶與核果味道非常的濃厚，另外就是柑橘類（如葡萄柚、檸檬的香氣），酸度適中，不過結束得有點快。另外就是瓶身上的蝴蝶花紋顏色淡淡的很漂亮。

教皇新堡，南隆河中最負盛名的產區。Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault混釀而成。黑胡椒與黑色莓類果實的氣味，還有一些香料與皮革味道，略微躁熱的氣味。入口的口感沒有聞起來的那麼刺激，但也不會讓人覺得落差太大，除了果味之外還有香料味道，丹寧紮實且已經步入成熟，口感柔順。
