Medium gold. Apple, honey, light yeast, pineapple, bread, creamy. High acidity. A bit more creamy than A. Robert Cuvee 1722 Brut N.V.

Joseph Perrier Cuvee Royale Blanc de Blanc N.V.

Pale lemon. Almond, yeast, toast, citrus, orange bloom, peach, apple, and light mushroom. A bit anise and peach flavor at the end. Very high acidity.

A. Robert Brut Rose N.V.

Light black berry, citrus, yeast, butter, mushroom, soaked withered leaves. Cherry note at the end.
