Oh~Yeah！Crema！！醬油膏！！

About 5 years ago, I bought my 1st espresso machine. After that, I got used to have espresso-based coffee, such as Latte and Macchiato. Although I buy a American Coffee Maker after my arriving of USA, I am still sick for espresso, and it is really hard for me to be used to American coffee. So, I buy one cheap espresso machine from craigslist.

Although its frothing function is not pretty good, its main function, making espresso, works well. However, I really hope that I can use it to have espresso with more crema. Maybe I have to buy a tamper to tamp the powder well. 😀
