It is the best Chinese Restaurant I've had in U.S. till now.
That day, the supervisor here invited all lab members, previous lab members and some project partners to have a party for the name of 小年夜.
After 3 hours wii gaming and card gaming, we drove to the Oakridge Mall (in San Jose, CA). It just took about 10 mins from the supervisor's home to the mall, but the phenomenal mass cars took more time to find a parking lot. (That also made me wonder wheather U.S. is really in a recession or not... XD )
P.F. Chang's has a lot of branches in U.S., and the one we had dinner is just in the mall. While walking in, I thought P.F. Chang's must be a good restaurant, because there were many guests enjoying their dishes.
The dishes by P.F. Chang's are very good, and very Chinese, no matter the Hot and Spicy Soup, Egg Dropping Soup, Kung Pao Chicken / Shrimp, Mongolian Beef, Dumplings, etc. The only what I dislike is the salty taste, but I think that's because I usually have light salt dishes.
With the finish of main dishes, it was dessert time. I assumed wrongly they would supply some Chinese desserts, such as Douhua, Almond Jelly, Red Bean Paste Stuff Bun (豆沙包), etc. But, what they have are cheese cakes, Tiramisu, and other European style desserts.
Anyway, P.F. Chang's is a good place for meals, and I had a good time there. Besides, I also loved the chats during the dinner. (L)
有一說是,當你覺得 P.F.Chang 好吃時,代表你已經在美國夠久而忘了什麼叫好吃的中餐了 :p
也是啦,相比之下還是台灣的比較好吃…
