因為這天(2011.05.01)下午去某店的開幕酒會沒有被滿足（用酒有點弱），所以在等晚餐之前繼續開來喝 XD

Chateau Queyron Pindefleurs 2006

Saint-Emilion

Medium garnet with ruby hue.

Medium nose. Leather, soil, black berry and green pepper at the beginning. Turns into black sugar, light caramel, bouquet, light honey, chocolate, light smoky and denser black berry.

Medium palate. Black berry, leather, and chocolate with light bouquet hint. Medium The mouthfeel gets more rounded and velvet after breathing.

Scheiblhofer Wine Estate Ice wine

Interesting, it's a NV icewine from Austria.

Honey seasoned sweet potato, sugar pickled starfruits, fuzzy melon candy.

Consistent palate is dominated by honey, but the short-coming is the flavors do not last as long as the the lingering medium acidity.

Snowden Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 The Ranch

Medium to deep ruby.

Pronounced nose. Concentrated black berry jam, white peach (light sweet nose, interesting), wood, creamy, light vanilla, bouquet, licorice, beneathed smoked tobacco leaves, light old leather.

Young tannin, but not too rough. The palate is quite similar to the nose. Though not as complex as the nose, it's still great. Medium-full body, after dry, medium acidity, lingering length.

Hard to believe this one has opened more than 1 week. Wonderful.
