Medium gold color. Light soy sauce, dry orange skin, plastic, stony, caramel, light flower, coffee, and a bit oxidized note (the shortage). Medium- body. Very sweet. Light chocolate hint.

Woolong tea, light creamy note, dry prunes, plastic pipe. Medium+ body, high acidity, very sweet. Flavors of nose and plate are not very complex, but pronounced.

Flower bouquet, light gasoline note,, honey, dry raisin, ginger, light cinnamon, woolong tea, and light creamy. Chewy mouthfeel, medium body. Light fennel bitterness note at the plate end.

野薑花、白葡萄乾、蜂蜜、些微的汽油味道。入口可以感受到烏龍茶、肉桂與奶油氣味。口感略帶黏稠,尾韻帶有一點茴香苦味。
Chateau Climens 2006
Barsac.
The nose is quite close and reserved at the beginning, but becomes pronounced after 1 hour. Same style as its 2nd label Cypres de Climens 2006, but stronger and denser. Gasoline, oak, ginger, clove, black tea, and woolong tea. Very interesting and surprising one.

氣味一開始被悶住,但是一小時候變得非常濃郁奔放,跟同年份二軍風格一致,但濃郁許多。汽油、木桶、嫩薑、丁香、紅茶、烏龍茶氣味。
Chateau de Fargues 2003
Sauternes.
Similar style to d'Yquem, but more vivacious. Dry tangerine, flower, camomile, light plastic, gasoline, cinnamon, and toffee. This Fargues is not the best, but the most surprising among all tonight.

跟 d'Yquem 很類似的風格,不過顯得比較活潑外放。乾橘子、洋甘菊花香、些微的塑膠與汽油味道、肉桂與太妃糖氣味。

Sauternes.
Herbal tea, gasoline, honey, plastic note, and vegetable note. Light bitterness note at the palate end.
