Dominium ZsomBor Furmint Semi-Dry 2012

[/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end] This ZsomBor was choose by royal of Hungary a few years ago. Although also Furmint variety, this semi-dry is more flavorful and minty. Medium+ nose, smoke, mineral, lemon, green leaves. High acidity.

Dominium Hárslevelű Dry 2011

Pannon Sargamuskotaly Semi-Sweet 2012

[/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end] Sargamuskotaly is yellow muscat in Hungary. Peach, litchi, light lemon, mineral, and flower note. Medium+ acidity, quite an easy-to-drink dessert wine with good complexity.

Dominium Late Harvest Cuvee 2006

[/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end] Acacia, camomile, mineral (light flint and petrol), dry grass, tangerine, honey lemon water. Very high acidity, medium body, long length, slightly chewy mouthfeel, notes of peach and litchi on palate. The flavor intensity in nose and palate is medium.

Aszú means "noble". Puttonyo is the traditional wood bucket unit (can contain 25 kg noble grapes) to count the amount of noble grapes adding into base wines (226L) during Aszú wine production process. Nowadays, RS (residual sugar level) replaces the previous un-precise measurements, 3P means at least 60g/L RS, 4P means 90g/L, 5P means 120g/L, 6P means 150g/L, and Aszu Eszencia means 180g/L. However, Aszu Eszencia classification was canceled in from 2009, and earlier this year (2014) Tokaji planned to cancel 3P and 4P (reviewing by EU government now).

Pannon Aszú 5 Puttonyos 2007

Very sweet, very high acidity, more stony note on plate than in nose. Medium body, long length, the intensity is medium+. Reasonable price with good quality.

Dominium Aszú 6 Puttonyos 2004

[/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end] Brilliant golden color. Medium+ nose with perfume, flower, honey, dry tangerine skin, caramelized pineapple, flint, and petrol. The palate length is lingering, with very high acidity, medium+ body, lime, and a bit black chocolate note at end.

Dominium Aszúeszencia 2005

[/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end] Also beautiful golden color, with thick legs. More condense and sweeter. Tangerine, orange, camomile flower, honey, incense note. Very high acidity, very long length.
