酒莊曾得到 Gault Millau 三串葡萄評價。VDP與Charta會員。
Charta 為Rheingau產區的酒莊聯合組織，於1983年成立。限定生產 dry 與 off-dry (residual sugar <= 1.8g/L)的 Riesling 白酒，且從葡萄栽種、釀酒到裝瓶整個過程都必須由酒莊親力親為，酸度至少要 7.5g/L，酒精度至少要12%。另外在裝瓶上也有要求，限定用長直的褐色玻璃瓶，且在前後酒標與 capsule 上必需要有羅馬雙拱的標示或Charta字樣。

Baron zu Knyphausen 1996 Charta Riesling Kabinett

[/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end] Medium+ amber, a bit oxidized. Medium nose, dry longan, black tea, wet soil, grass, dry plum, light petrol, and honey hint.

The dry palate flavors contain apple jam, dry fruits, petrol hint. High acidity, medium length. This bottle is probably early-matured.

Weingut Dr. Burklin-Wolf 1998 Gaibohl Ruppertsberg Riesling Spatlese Trocken Pfalz

[/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end] Medium gold color. Honey and mineral dominates the nose. Medium body. The palate has flavors of dry starfruit, mineral, and light petrol. Medium+ acidity, off dry. The flavors in nose and palate are quite dense.

酒莊位在 Pfalz 產區，算是該產區內品質優異的酒莊。葡萄園約有95公頃，年產約60萬瓶白酒。為 Gault Millau 評定為四串葡萄的酒莊。

Franz Kunstler 酒莊為 1965年由 Kunstler家族創立，目前由 Gunter Kunstler掌管大權，共有24公頃葡萄園，年產15萬瓶白酒。雖然也是 Charta會員，但因為這款酒甜度較高，故不得標示Charta相關圖樣文字在酒標上。

Bert Simon Weingut Herrenberg 1996 Serrig Wurtzberg Riesling Auslese Mosel-Saar-Ruwer

[/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end] This wine is at its peak, although the color is medium amber. Mineral, light petrol, light sweet honey nose. Palate is medium sweet, with over-ripe apple, honey, mineral, dry fruits, petrol hint. Elegant, with crisp high acidity (quite enrich saliva).

[/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end] Quite a young wine, although it's 1998 vintage. Pale lemon color, with a bit green hue. High acidity, melon, lemon, citrus, fresh cut grass, petrol. Very high acidity, lingering length. Too early to drink.

[/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end] Medium+ amber color. Dry fruits, anise, coffee, caramel. Sweet palate, with light petrol, citrus, honey, brown sugar, black tea. Medium+ acidity. This bottle is matured too quickly.
