Medium ruby/garnet color. Maraschino cherry (Yep, the preserved and sweetened red cherry on cake. Traditionally, people use maraschino liquor to preserve marasca cherry, and maraschino liquor is made from marasca cherry.), flower (rose petals), black pepper, oak barrel note, caramel note, honey, raisin, mint note, strawberry, black cherry, black chocolate. Pronounced nose.

Medium+ acidity, high intensity palate. Very lingering length, and black chocolate at the end. Well, high alc. (20%).

有如蛋糕上的糖漬紅櫻桃的氣味,玫瑰花瓣、黑胡椒、木桶、焦糖、蜂蜜、葡萄乾、草莓、黑櫻桃、黑巧克力、些微的薄荷氣味,整體來說香氣濃郁。
入口有不錯的酸度,而且氣味也是很濃郁。尾韻帶有黑巧克力味道,極為悠長。

Medium- amber/tawny color. Old cask, walnut, cream, preserved plum/prune, roasted almond, toffee candy, vanilla ice cream, ginseng root, milk vetch root, dry soil, peanut, caramel, and honey.

Distinct caramel and mandarin medicine bitterness note at the palate end. Medium+ acidity (lower than Graham’s 1985 vintage port). Very caramel and roasted nuts on palate. A bit alcohol burning feel in mouth (19.5%). The length is a bit shorter than Graham’s 1985 vintage port, but still very long. Less complexity, compare to Graham’s 1985 vintage port.

帶有舊木盒、核果類氣味,醃漬李子、梅子。奶油、太妃糖。人蔘、黃耆(台灣俗稱青耆)的中藥氣味,並帶有乾土壤味道。香草冰淇淋、還有龍潭花生糖的香氣。

入口帶有飽足的焦糖與核果類氣味,並帶有中藥的苦韻。比起 1985 的年份波特來說,「老」上許多。酒精感略微明顯,如果是開瓶之後放個幾天載喝會比較好。餘韻雖然比Graham’s 1985年份波特來得短,但也非常地長。整體變化性複雜度略遜Graham’s 1985年份波特。
