之前朋友寄了一罐王德傳的滇紅來,這是我第一次喝王德傳的茶,應該也是第一次喝滇紅。

茶色深紅,邊緣呈現金色色澤。香氣很像阿薩姆的麥芽香,不過略有不同,帶有桂圓味。朋友對桂圓味比較深刻,我的話大概是小時候都喝阿薩姆的茶,所以對這味道很深刻吧。口感順口,泡得很久仍然不會有澀澀的口感,這對我這個常常忘記把茶包拿出來或者忘記把茶湯倒出來的人真是一大福音。此外,入喉後有著迷人的回甜,會很讓人繼續再多喝一口。 😛

在陽光下搭配土司夾 cream cheese 當早餐也不賴。 (L)

A few days ago, one friend sent me a can of Yunnan black tea (Wang De Chun). This is my first Wang De Chun's tea, and should be my first Yunnan black tea.

Crimson, and gold hints edged. The smell is similar to Assam, the malt smell, but a little bit different, with some longan fruit. My friend was impressed by the longan fruit aroma, but for me, maybe I had too much Assam in my childhood, so I noticed the malt.Smoothing taste, even after a long time rinsing. That's a good news for me, because I usually forget to get the tea bag out. The palate contains charming sweet and makes me willing to have another sup. 😛

Having it with cream cheese toasts in the morning sunlight is great. (L)

另外,冷後渾也蠻特殊的,不過我沒有透明的茶杯,就看不太出來,只能說顏色變得比較深,但加熱後就又變回先前的顏色。這茶既能久泡不澀,又有冷後渾,感覺起來就是可以在冬天泡一大壺慢慢喝的好東西。 😛

Besides, when this tea is cooled down, there is a special turbid, but becomes lighter after reheating. (I do not have a transparent cup to show the difference) With this special characteristics and smoothing mouth taste, I think it is good to make a large pot for drinking in the cold winter.
