Medium-deep Brown and brick.
A lot of sediment in the bottle.
Pronounced nose, very concentrated. Black sugar, incense, caramel, chocolate, black tea leaves, sweet soy sauce, black beans, pickled radish(菜脯).
Medium to full body. High acidity. Very lasting. Medium-high tannin. Dry. 紹興酒 and sour prune soup.
Interesting old wine. But one of my friends, who does not prefer acid palate, criticizes a lot. XD
