Bailout plan wins approval, but Dow Jone is still weak.
Yesterday (Sep. 29th, 2008), House of Representative just rejected the bailout. Today, Bush urges congress to pass bailout, and now Dow Jone is up more than 200 points. =___= Bush Urges Congress to Pass Bailout
