懶人的鮭魚拌飯
材料：鮭魚、冷飯、紫高麗菜、鹽巴、芝麻、海苔。 步驟： 1. 鮭魚洗乾淨，抹鹽巴，攝氏180度/華氏350度烤30分鐘(沒有預熱，實際所需時間請視情況而定)。 2. 紫高麗菜切碎。 3. 取出烤好的鮭魚弄碎，把鮭魚的油脂放入鍋中加熱。(忘記買大蒜，要不然可以切碎先爆香) 4. 放入芝麻、高麗菜拌炒。(想吃比較鹹一點的就多加鹽巴進去吧) 5. 加入冷飯拌炒。 6. 起鍋後加入碎鮭魚肉混伴均勻，灑上海苔就可以吃了。 PS 1. 如果有模子的話就可以做漂亮的飯糰了。 PS 2. 海苔真貴… 小小一罐要五米金 =_____=|||
